2. GUIDANCE STUDY HELMUT-SCHMIDT-UNIVERSITY
For this study, 248 completed interim mandates from all sectors and functions were evaluated. The self-assessment of the interim managers on personality, leadership and management success was supplemented by independent assessments of the interim providers’ interim providers. The results of the study are presented in Q1 – Q2 / 2016 and analyzed in Q3 – Q4 / 2016.
