“If you want to lead people, you have to walk behind them”
This quote from the philosopher Lao Tzu (China) inspired and shaped me very early on and has always been my guiding principle in my work and responsibilities as an Executive Interim Manager.
My job is to provide and implement the necessary strategy, direction, structure and solutions for CEOs, board members, supervisory boards and their teams so that they receive the recognition they deserve for initiating and promoting necessary change and adaptation.
And it has paid off, which makes me incredibly happy and confirms my previous leadership roles:
