Interim Management
Interim Management means taking on responsibility of leadership and responsibility for result on a temporary mandate. It offers the solution for internally insufficient expertise or staff shortages.
As an interim manager, I am appointed for the management of strategic or crisis projects, for temporarily bridging planned or short-term vacancies, and taking on complex transformation projects through proactive management.
ad temporis
(lat. “ad (id) temporis” = until that point in time) A fast and foremost demand-oriented, time-adjusted and result-oriented implementation with decision-making authority at management level with simultaneous benefit of immediate availability: That is your added value obtained by means of my services.
The clear contractual relationship with transparent and unambiguous description, based on function, tasks, objectives, duration of services, cost and results to be delivered, reduces the timing risk and the economic risks of your project. In addition, I ensure the necessary know-how transfer in your organization during the mandate and on completion of the mandate.
